Orange Halibut and sauce

Clean your halibut steak, or if frozen allow it to sit in the fridge for an hour or two to soften. In a bowl pour enough pure orange juce (or squeeze your own) for the halibut to soak in. Let it marinate over nice. Put a tbs of butter for every two halibuts in a pan and pour some of the marinate in the pan as well. Cook halibut for 10-15 min at 450 F or until fish flakes nicely.

Ingredients for Orange Sauce Recipe 2
1 cup water
½ cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg yolk, if desired
A few grains salt

Instructions
Stir the cornstarch smooth with little cold water.
Heat one cup of water to boiling, and stir into it the cornstarch mixture.
Let it boil gently two minutes.
Add the sugar and salt and the grated yellow rind of half an orange.
Be careful to grate off only the very outside part of the rind.
If richer sauce is desired, after thickening the water with the cornstarch stir a little of the sauce into the egg yolk and mix well, then stir the egg yolk into the sauce; then add the orange juice.

Then I just used the coconut filling recipe on the German sweet chocolate package.

Can also be used in cupcakes--just don't cook as long, keep an eye on it. Not sure on the exact time.
